FAQ About Airport Transfer Reservation 

If I encounter a problem about making the reservation, what can I do?

If you contact us and provide all necessary information for the reservation, we can make a reservation for you and send your ticket to your e-mail address.

 

How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours and the Order Confirmation Mail will be sent to you. Please make sure that your order is confirmed.

 

How will I determine my pickup time while making a reservation from the hotel to the airport?

While making a reservation, first enter your flight departure time, then state the time that you wish to be picked up from the hotel. For international flights, it is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight, and for the domestic flights, 1,5 hours prior to your flight. Determine the time of your pickup by considering the transfer duration in addition to those durations. (If there is a problem with your pickup time, we will make the necessary adjustments by returning to you.)

 

What should I do for a baby & child seating or a seat riser demand?

You can choose the number of “Baby / Child Seating” while making the reservation and you can enter the type of the seating that you demand and the age of your child to the “Notes” box in the reservation form.

 

What should I do if I have an extra baggage in addition to the suitcase and bag?

You need to state the type and dimensions of your baggage in the “Notes” box in the reservation form. The necessary information will be provided while your reservation is being confirmed.

 

What should do if I have a pet?

You need to state the species and cage dimensions of your pet in the “Notes” box in the reservation form. The necessary information will be provided while your reservation is being confirmed.

 

 

FAQ About Meeting at the Airport and Transfer 

How will I find you in the airport?

Our personnel will meet you at the terminal exit gate with a sign that writes Side Shuttle Transfer .com. The extra details about the meeting are provided in the confirmation mail.

 

What should I do if taking the baggage takes too long?

In case of delay, please inform us using one of our contact channels.
